The hotel staff is helpful and fast. The reply was friendly and when we flushed the toilet in our room there was a problem and we were immediately helped to resolve it. The first impression when I entered the room was "wow! So cute!" because for the price of 500 there is already a smart TV, bathtub, wifi (although not good enough, but ok), water heater, you can even request flower decorations for the bed and bathtub. Cleanliness is okay, very comfortable, beautiful, and most suitable for those looking for peace on a low budget. The sound of the wind chimes calms the polls. Lots of plants, birds chirping in the morning, koi fish being fed. And what's more amazing is that the restaurant menu prices are really pocket friendly😭 I tried 2 menus and they were all delicious, nothing disappointed. Next, hopefully the villa buildings can be reproduced, they will be more exposed and known to Jember residents, so that there will be more visitors. The thing is, I just found a hotel in Jember that is as comfortable, beautiful and aesthetic as this, if I have the luck and free time I will definitely come back. Because the experience of staying overnight did not disappoint. Feels like you are at home, not in a hotel. And of course this area is family and kids friendly

The rooms are clean, spacious enough for the price of a king bed. The atmosphere is comfortable and not noisy. Friendly and responsive service. Food is pretty cheap. The portion of fried rice is a lot and is delicious on the tongue. Just keep improving it, maybe add a segment for souvenirs to work with MSMEs and snacks. I wish you more success and sales.

The place is nice and comfortable away from the bustle of the city, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is also clean, the hot water and shower are also good, the beds are comfortable, clean and soft. AC also works well. Quite worth it value for money who want to rest the weekend.

Pelayanannya sungguh sangat luar biasa, staff-nya ramah dan humble sekali, saat saya pesan makanan melalui ojol petugas hotel langsung lari sambil membawa nampan piring dan sendok untuk dipakai. dengan harga yang begitu murah tapi fasilitasnya sangat luar biasa, kamarnya luas, bersih, ac dingin, kamar mandi bersih, ada selimut dan suasana tenang. Sangat recommended.

Bener-bener di luar ekspektasi, hotelnya bagus banget harga promonya juga tidak main-main. Kalo buat staycation sama keluarga atau teman, cocok banget 👍.
