The hotel staff was kind and friendly. The room was clean. I stayed on February 8, 2026, in room 814, and there were two other rooms for my family. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Luwansa Hotel. It's not too far from the city center either. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Luwansa, GBU.

This is our second time staying here. It seems to be our family's favorite hotel. Friendly staff, fast check-in, and the most varied food of any hotel in Manado. I've stayed at Luwansa several times, and this was the most memorable. I noticed several upgrades, but the most impressive was the staff service and the comfort of the room. However, my room was a bit noisy from the next door, but otherwise, it was very satisfying.
