The technician service is very slow. I had to wait 30 minutes and couldn't enter the room because the door was locked from the inside. The receptionist's performance could be accelerated. I waited quite a long time when I wanted to check out and extend. I asked for a cleaning room from 11 am and it was only done at 3 am. It was a bit noisy because it was being repaired.

There are red spots on the bedsheet, I don't know what it is, the AC is not cold enough. The TV won't turn on, I've reported it but it was only checked after that no action was taken.

Even though I chose a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke became more noticeable as the night went on. The staff were friendly, the cleanliness was good, I was given 2 bottles of drinking water, there was a hot water heater in the bathroom, access to everywhere was close, it was still spacious for praying, thank you.

The place is comfortable, clean, the bathroom is also clean. The parking lot is very narrow so it's uncomfortable to park, I'm afraid the car will get scratched by a motorbike. Not to mention the sound from outside can be heard in the room, lots of people are chatting so I can't rest peacefully. Please reprimand the staff so they don't disturb the guests staying here. So that the guests can also rest comfortably. If it's like this, I'll be discouraged from coming back here
