The hotel staff are all friendly from housekeeping, security, front office.. the rooms are clean and the environment is comfortable.. the hotel manager, Mrs. Risky Nastiti, is also very kind.. very pleasant

staff and security are not friendly, request a non-smoking room, get a smoking room so it still smells of cigarettes, slippery bathroom, unclean corners, thin sheets are itchy and have holes from cigarettes. TV facilities are okay, can do YouTube, Netflix.
