The AC in rooms 20-35 is not cold at all, even though it is already 16 degrees, the AC has never been serviced, the AC air that comes out smells a bit musty, the sink is clogged, can't wash dishes because the water is stagnant, in rooms 09-25 there is a part of the ceiling that has been patched so it is not aesthetic, the refrigerator in the freezer section has no lid so that when you store water in the chiller it immediately freezes, the curtains have never been washed because the color is very dull and dust falls from the curtains.

Staff are friendly but the room I had was dirty and needed cleaning, only one lift pass even though two people staying so can’t go out separately and when I asked for another one I was told if you loose the one you have you loose deposit and then was hung up on.

Not recommended to stay here because it is difficult to park, failed design. There are only 12 for guest parking, the total occupants are more than 200. Bintaro is really stupid for this Breeze apartment. Makes people dart. BUT the occupant facilities are okay, the rooms are good, comfortable. Only the parking makes you angry.

I stayed there for 3 days but the mineral water, toothbrush and toothpaste were not refilled and the refrigerator was dirty with lots of ice cubes and the room's AC was leaking.

You don't want to book a room here, it's half as complicated as it is. I couldn't check in because the booking name & KTP were different, apart told me to change to Traveloka while Traveloka said there had to be approval/confirmation from the hotel, it just continued ping pong until finally I ordered another room, Traveloka & Apart were detrimental to me , money cannot be refunded, eating is haram money resulting from defrauding customers. Hopefully your family won't be forced to eat haram money.

Saat baru check in unit sangat kotor, sikat gigi bekas tidak dibuang dan ada bungkus bekas pembalut. Saya mengajukan pindah room karena tidak nyaman namun owner buruk dalam mengambil solusi/jalan tengah dengan win to win solution.
