The staff was friendly. During our stay, the room was neat and clean. However, moss was growing on the walls and toilet. The bathroom drain was clogged with hair, but the staff immediately cleared it.

The place is comfortable. Easy road access. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I recommend staying here again if I ever visit Yogyakarta.

Solid, safe, and tidy. Ample parking. Standard and complete cleanliness, including a refrigerator in the room. Water gallons are available on each floor, but outside the room. Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels are provided.

The parking lot is spacious and secure. There's a small cafe out front and a free one-time drink voucher. The amenities are quite comprehensive, but there's no hairdryer. Cleanliness is okay, but not super clean. Drinking water is plentiful, as gallon jugs are available outside on each floor.

Masa iya hotel (superior room) gak disediakan handuk mandi sebagai fasilitas standard? Handuk berbayar 20K dong, kalo tipe deluxe baru dapat handuk di kamar. Air minum sistem free flow, tapi di room (superior) gak disediakan wadah untuk ambil airnya. Pinjam wadah air juga harus bayar lagi? Kalo di tipe deluxe baru dapet wadah buat ambil air minum. Malah dapat kulkas gede (tanpa isi/kosong) di kamar yang sifatnya gak harus ada banget, heran. 250K saya bayar untuk superior room. Aneh banget ini hotel, baru nemu hotel yang model begini. Gak recommended pol, cuma menang tampilan aja tapi fasilitas standar (handuk, sabun mandi, sikat gigi, air minum/wadah air) gak dikasih di tipe kamar terendah (250K untuk superior room). Nyesel nginep di sini.
