Very nice hotel. Let you check in early at 10 am without extra charge which is extremely helpful to guests who happen to arrive early. Thank you!

Room was very clean, staff was friendly. Especially the room staff 10 points for enthusiasm and politeness, if there is a problem, immediate support. However, when I left the new underwear on the bed while going out, they were gone. Ksan is worth staying but need to put everything in the suitcase to avoid loss
