Friendly staff, easy check in process, great hot water

the room is not good. two lamps are missing, protested but no solution was given, met 4 baby cockroaches, the stove is dead, the bed sheets and pillows seem not to have been washed because they smell of drool and urine, the mattress springs on the edge are visible because the mattress has a hole and stabs the body, the bathroom smells. please clean the room properly.

It's great, for that price, it's really worth it, the room smells new and the sheets are fresh, it's just a shame the kitchen gas has run out.

Cleanliness of the room, especially the bed, bed sheets, and bathroom, please maximize it more. If possible, every time a guest checks out, always change the bed sheets and brush the bathroom. But after complaining, they immediately come to change the bed sheets and new bed covers, but I still brush the bathroom myself.

The location is strategic, the price is very affordable, just need to improve the quality of service and facilities, such as no wifi, the electricity has been off since 7 am even though the minimum check out time is 8, you have to wait for the office to open first.

Got a price of 500k on weekends for a studio room. The toilet smells of urine, no mineral water, no gas stove, no tissue, no shampoo and soap. The room is full of cockroaches, everywhere there are cockroaches roaming around.

The admin is different (from what is written in this application) and cannot be contacted by telephone. They wrote free wifi but I was given a room that didn't have wifi, the whatsapp admin is rude and not helpful.

As soon as I entered the room, it was stuffy, smelled musty, there was no cupboard (how can a studio apartment not have a cupboard), the kitchen set was dirty, I couldn't cook because there was no gas or refillable water, the kitchen cupboard was also very dirty, there were 2 gallons of mineral water but they were empty, the trash wasn't thrown away, the refrigerator wasn't cold, I couldn't even access to watch movies because the wifi was down (according to the room owner), I confirmed but the answer was that the wifi was down, there was no follow-up action, the AC wasn't cold, the spring bed, oh my, it's called a spring bed, but it's more comfortable to sleep on a 500 thousand rupiah foam mattress, it was noisy too, maybe the same as the neighbor's room because the squeaking sound of the spring bed springs could be heard from the next room that was "doing activities". The bathroom was very very dirty and unkempt, moss and yellowing everywhere, smelled musty, never cleaned maybe every time someone checked out. Please, for managers or unit owners, pay attention to the units being rented, don't just know how to make money. Big thanks!

The room doesn't match the photo, there are no toiletries, the cashier type is Queen bed, it should be a king bed! No gallon water, response slot! Regret!
