1. Phòng không giống ảnh. Mình đặt phòng vì thấy ảnh có bếp 2 ngăn, chia phòng ngủ và phòng khách riêng. Tuy nhiên nhận phòng thì là 1 căn studio sơ sài, chỉ có 1 chiếc bếp điện, thìa ăn cơm còn không có. 2. Phòng quá bẩn, xin nhắc lại là quá bẩn. Mở cửa vào phòng đã thấy ngay túi nilon rác ở cửa chưa được dọn, đến lúc mở thùng rác thì thấy ngay 1 chiếc bcs của khách cũ đập vào mắt, bát đĩa thì bẩn mình sử dụng phải rửa lại hết, nồi cơm cũng bán cặn đen. Mình có phản hồi với cskh và nhận được lời xin lỗi của bạn ấy, nhưng thật sự đây là trải nghiệm quá tệ tại 22housing!

I got a high floor room with a pretty open view, the interior of the apartment is simple but very luxurious. The apartment has full kitchen utensils and even wine glasses so we can organize a small cozy party, I really like this place.

Good location, everything is just in the walking distance. The room are really cozy and spacious. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. They always have a quick reply. We have a perfect stay and definitely com back.

My apartment on the 40th floor is very nice, with a clear view of the city, modern style, especially private, no need for procedures like other places.

The room was OK with all the services except microwave. The check in service was late and they don't help in with early check in and no room service. But after check in, they resonated quickly for any kind of help. Although I feel they can improve the commutation and check in service specially for foreign clients. Over all average experience.

The white sheets should be visible as a bit dirty, in addition, the floor and toilet are clean. Staff contacting via zalo texting often takes a long time to respond. However, the positive point is that the room price is ok. 1 million for 2 days and nights 2 people to stay, and issue a VAT invoice.
