Great location by the beach.
The front desk staff could be more informative. The restaurant staff are friendly.
Consequently, for me and my family, during our 3-day, 2-night stay:
- Because I booked through Traveloka, the room I booked didn't meet my expectations. The resort photo showed a beach-facing room, but it turned out to be facing a wall. There was no description of the view. After I inquired with the front desk, they only provided the standard type. Hopefully, the team can change the photo to reflect what I received.
- I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and on the first day, the automatic room lock didn't work after 12 PM (the CO deadline), even though I'd booked 3 days in advance. It was very annoying and inconvenient to have to clarify with the front desk to occupy a room we were entitled to, having already paid and booked.
- The food was standard, but refills weren't immediately available. I had to ask for them first.
- The pool is accessible to outside guests, so it's not a problem if you're wearing a swimsuit instead of a regular cotton one.
- The bathroom has a slippery tile floor, while the master bedroom has a The ceramic tiles are rough. I brought small children, and I was very worried.
