Very good for those who want to seek treatment at Harkit Hospital

Hotel inside the hospital, very helpful for those who are undergoing treatment.

The staff was very friendly, but some of the room facilities were poorly maintained, such as the wardrobe, ceiling (water intrusion), the water heater wasn't working (only in my room, probably due to damage), and the telephone didn't work. Please pay attention to the cleanliness and function of the bathroom (closet). However, the location, access, and surrounding environment are very good. Thank you

strategic location..good and friendly service, breakfast with a varied and delicious menu..only the hot water for bathing doesn't work..

For needs related to RSAB Harapan Kita and Harapan Kita Heart and Blood Vessel Center, it is clearly the best choice because every morning the Slipi area is congested.... and Moritz is the best choice.

Hot water did not come out, I complained 3 times but there was no solution, finally the receptionist suggested moving rooms after 00.30 at night which of course I refused because it was already late and I was tired and had already unpacked my suitcase.

When checking in and entering the room 1. Towels are hung on the TV 2. There is still trash under the bed 3. The AC only produces wind, the AC is an old model and should be replaced 4. The rest of the stay until returning home is still okay

A comfortable and strategic hotel helps consumers for families of heart hospital patients efficiently and practically, with adequate and delicious breakfast.

Just a suggestion. If possible, provide free parking facilities for those staying at the hotel, like other hotels.

Location within the area of Harapan Kita Hospital. Going back and forth to the hospital is a 2-3 minute walk. For the price, I think it's a bit pricey..

I moved to the premier because this room was newly available after 2 nights here because the previous room was too small to put our 2 big suitcases and my wheelchair also did not have a refrigerator.

Very good hotel for access to the hospital, but not for vacation, no refrigerator facilities in the regular bedrooms.. only in the premier.. for the disable room needs to be corrected.. there are no facilities for the disable room, especially in the bathroom

Great for those who want to wait for family in the hospital, it's really good and suitable. Only the bed cover is a bit sandy, I don't know if it's rotten or dirty

Along with the funeral home rental, so it is very strategic, compared to renting a room outside of our Harapan Kita hospital. The room is spacious and clean, the check-in process is easy. Recommended for those who have activities at our Harapan Kita hospital
