There is no elevator, so you have to use the stairs. So it's not suitable for pregnant women and the elderly. The rooms are nice, the food is delicious, and the restaurant has a nice view. Free car wash for up to 5 cars. The hotel is located in a small alley, so it's not on the main road. The hot water is on.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel. I only have a few comments to make. I stayed in room 210. First, the towels need to be renewed. Second, the floor drain needs to be checked, as the water takes a while to drain. Third, the welcome drink service could be faster. Lastly, the shower holder is a bit loose/wobbly. Other than that, the hotel has an attractive design and is close to everything.

Everything is okay. I just stayed there when it was crowded and there were lots of kids screaming. So it was not comfortable to enjoy the quiet atmosphere in the mountains. But if you come when it's quiet, it's very okay.

A pleasant stay experience. The hotel location is very strategic. The atmosphere is very calming. Close to the culinary center. The staff is very friendly. friendly hotel staff, req on the 1st floor because bringing babies and elderly, given adjacent rooms, spacious rooms. The pool already has floats for children. get a voucher for welcome drink (hot tea) and snack (mac n cheese) which can be exchanged at the highground cafe on the 2nd floor.
Around there are many foods and cafes, there is a food court 100m walk, if you want to ride a horse just walk towards Sekipan.
when checking out there was a review given fish, but when I checked out it wasn't, so I had to ask first (even though I stayed 3 rooms). For free car wash it seems like it's only at certain times.
