Thank you GAIA, Even breakfast was still given more greetings. For the employees from security and all of them were very helpful and friendly. In the middle of the night I was also panicking because I had to go to the pediatrician suddenly had a high fever for the MOD, they were very helpful and directed me to the nearest hospital. Hopefully there will be more activities for my child later! because the hotel is super comfortable, next time I will come back for a vacation and stay again. For the food, I really liked the special fried rice ordered from room service, it was delicious, the satay was also very much loved by the kids, it's just a shame there was no chicken satay menu even though it was delicious!

This is our first stay in The Gaia Hotel Bandung. We were welcomed very well since the time we arrived at the lobby. Staffs are friendly and helpful to carry our luggages and deliver them to our room completely. The lobby area was also wheel-chair & stroller friendly. I took my parents here for their late wedding anniversary. The guest relation team (Makayla, Zena, Giska, Silpia and team) gave my parents a complementary chocolate cake upon arrival in our room. When I checked in, the assigned room was not ready yet, but the receptionist quickly switched us to another room, so my parents can directly rest in the room. Really appreciate it! We stayed in duplex family room. The room was spacious, clean and neat. It has beautiful view as well from the balcony. The room provided complete amenities, free complementary snacks n mini bar, including mini color pencils for my niece to do. Little thing I noticed that could be improved is that the floor in the shower was a bit slippery when it is wet. I took my parents, especially my mom who needs extra care, to be more careful in the shower. I strongly suggested, the hotel to provide rubber sandals for the shower, so everyone wouldn't get slip in the shower. Also, the white part of the shower kept falling off since we arrived, kindly fix it. For the hotel facilities, I would say, this is one of the best hotel in Bandung. It provides great and complete facilities. My niece enjoyed kidCADs and the infinity pool. The staff at the pond was great in taking our pictures, I was mesmerized😆 the gym area has pilates too! The whirpool and the sauna were nice, wide and great jogging track was also good. No other words I could describe the perfect facilities around the hotel. We had breakfast in SEMEJA, the staffs took quite a long time to take our finished plate. Their pastry is great! But for other food, I expect more for 5 stars hotel like the Gaia☺️ I expect better taste for the food hehe. Overall, it was a great stay!

I'm glad there are aquatic yoga activities, there's also pilates here, my favorite breakfast is white omelet and the beans are delicious 👍, the swimming pool is warm and long so you can fast and exercise, not just play in the water, maybe the swimming pool could be opened until 9 pm, not only until 7 pm There's a cleaning staff member named Alex, thank you, he's very helpful

Lack of confirmation among fellow employees.. I booked for 2 days but was thought to be 1 day... but in the end the problem was resolved

Stay at Tower C that still under maintenance and create noisy during work hour. However, food are good and kids activity are very entertaining. Traffic to Bandung City quite a distance and full of traffic.

The hotel is comfortable, spacious, and strategically located. It's a very pleasant stay.
