No WiFi. The unit and the picture provided are not the same. Yesterday I was still able to change units because the bathroom door wouldn't close. I wanted to open the door but the shower door was so strong that it was impossible to shower with the door open. As a result, I had to downgrade the facilities. The bathroom was very small and poorly maintained. The rarely used room was a bit damp and cramped. The location is close to the airport but a bit far from the city.

The apartment is in one with the next hotel. Coming here at night was a bit scary because the place was dark outside, there were lots of empty buildings. In the morning, it turned out to be next to Transmart.

Overall, it was okay, but it was a shame that the wait for staff was quite long from the start, and then not long after entering the unit, the power went out for a long time until the evening. As a result, I had no choice but to wait and had to go out here and there because it was so hot and my battery was low. The only complaint was that the bathroom was a bit dirty and the water was stagnant, and the AC was a bit dirty.

The lights went out five times last night. They went out again in the morning, and the room was finally hot. I asked the hotel staff, but they told me to file a complaint with the electricity company.

Great, suitable for families or groups

The apartment is nice, the room is spacious and clean, the wi-fi is strong. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended, if I go to Jogja with my family I will stay here again.

very bad, the location does not match the description

The check-in process was quite confusing. The photos displayed on Traveloka showed another hotel ("Hotel Next") that had no connection to the apartment management where we were staying. Upon arrival, we were a bit confused about the location and proper check-in procedures. Furthermore, they asked for guest identification, even though accommodations generally only record it without requiring ID cards. The room was quite clean, but it smelled of cigarettes and the pillow linens were a bit musty, making it uncomfortable to rest. The gym facilities listed in the description turned out not to be immediately available — you had to request permission and pay from the other hotel (Hotel Next). Overall, this stay didn't live up to expectations and the information provided on Traveloka. Hopefully, the management can clarify the information and improve guest comfort in the future.

Overall, it's good, if I go to Jogja I'll come back here again

The room was really bad. It was shabby and dirty. It was really untidy. I only checked in for 5 minutes and then checked out. It was a real loss.

I've stayed here many times. The hotel staff was very helpful upon check-in. They were quick to assist me when I ran out of water and had trouble turning on the TV. Highly recommend staying here.
