1. The room's AC is not cold, the room feels very hot 2. The towels in the bathroom are very rough and uncomfortable to use The rest is very good

The swimming pool water is green, not very pleasant to look at.

Sorry to the hotel management, please fix the room facilities, especially the AC. It's not cold at all. Even moved rooms but it's still the same. Poor staff who got the complaints.

During Eid, I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and that was forced because TRAVELOKA was unclear. I had booked and paid for another hotel but it was full, so in the end, from the Traveloka slot, this hotel was the only one available. Staff: not as friendly as a 3-star hotel Room: spacious, but lots of mosquitoes, the room is not soundproof. Facilities: the swimming pool water is a bit dirty, towels are not provided either. Location: far from Pekalongan city, noisy because it is near the train tracks, The hotel's aroma is not so good, it feels like a transit hotel. Please improve the quality of the hotel. Thank you.

Strategic location on Pantura road.

time arrived at 3 o'clock room, check in given key 123, but when I got to the room I was surprised the room was still messy. gosh hahahaha went to the lobby again and was told to wait. finally changed to room 103. (understandably maybe Eid). hopefully in the future the coordination will be better

When the sheets and blankets arrived they were dirty, as in the uploaded picture the floor of the room and bathroom were dirty

The hotel is located on the main Pantura route so it is very easy to access, there is ample parking in the basement, the service is good, only the linen is a bit less clean.
