The location is perfect, secluded but still close to the center of Ubud. The room is comfortable & clean according to expectations, not a dud, according to the photos on Google. The food tastes good & the plating is upscale. The staff are all friendly 10/10.

We booked the smart 1 bedroom villa with private pool. It was very comfortable to stay here. The service provided by the hotel was very good and friendly. Every day the room was always cleaned both on the bed, sofa area, pool area, and bathroom. Even our car was cleaned every morning. Very recommended to those who want to spend honeymoon.

Previously I have stayed at Aksari resort managed by Ini Vie Hospitality with an amazing experience. I chose Amarea because it is managed by the same team. First impression, the road is far and a bit narrow. The room is small and feels a bit crowded. But other than that it is very amazing. The room is very complete like a 5 star hotel, there is a bathrobe and even Alexa. The design is very beautiful and the attention to the details is very commendable. The atmosphere is very natural and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast food is very delicious and plentiful. Overall experience 9.5/10.

Kamar sempit, malami ke 2 ac bocor, minta ganti kamar, tidak bisa, hanya dicoba diperbaiki saja sementara, saya tidak bisa tidur lagi karena takut bocor lagi, dan ac berisik, besok baru bisa diperbaiki lagi oleh teknisi ktnya, tapi saya sudah kecewa dan akan cek out hr itu, jadi saya menolak. Tidak worthy dengan harga.

I booking Amarea 2 room for 3 nights, most of facility is new, its instagramable. Why I put bad is because the services and some facility broken, I throw some food container into dush bin on afternoon with 'please clean the room' tag. When I'm back, the food container still there. I report sink drainage was clogged to receptionist, she said will fix it during cleaning session, but its still clogged. They provide water boiler, but the plug is CN standard, we can't plug it to the socket since they not provide converter. All trash bin can't be closed because of inner bin, they ended up take the inner out, but the cover can't be closed. Tea bag on small mini bar, they never refill it during my stay 😂. And there is promotion get free entrance beach club, published on 1 of hotel detail picture, when I ask about it, they said its only for direct booking with hotel
