Satisfied staying at this hotel, clean, spacious rooms, there's karaoke too

The hotel was excellent, neat, clean, and had a beautiful view with a Spanish vibe. The air-conditioning was already switched on when we entered the room, making it cool and comfortable for us. The room was also fragrant, and each room had a different theme. The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Supriyandi, who offered to take us on a late-night tour around Singkawang late at night because we were not sure about the transportation there. He even recommended and bring us to great places to eat and visit. He was very patient and accommodating, ensuring we had an enjoyable and meaningful experience. He truly deserves a raise for his dedication. Overall, 5 stars for the hotel and its service.

I rented this hotel for 577 thousand rupiahs per night and I think it's really not worth it. The small room is cramped even though it looks spacious in the photo, and even worse, the breakfast is vegetarian and tastes bad. Oh my, it's like they don't really want to cook breakfast for the guests, the breakfast menu could be improved. The wifi also keeps on turning on and off, the water isn't that strong so I don't enjoy taking a shower.
