The location is on Jalan Braga so it's good for walking around Braga, the food is so-so, cleanliness is okay, the room is a bit small, check in was not according to schedule because the room was still being cleaned, the gym facilities are okay

Strategic location, close to the center of Jl. Braga. The menu is varied and delicious, and you get a free dinner too. The only downside is that the refrigerator is very noisy at night. It's best to turn it off.

This is my umpteenth time staying here. The service is top-notch! The front desk staff are also friendly and polite. Yesterday, Ms. Avril served me, and the one before that, if I'm not mistaken. Highly recommended!

The hot water suddenly became really dirty like there was mud in it.. they said there was trouble.. the child was taking a bath.. until he wiped his hair with a towel.. the towel was really dirty.. this time the bath water in Hoyel was that dirty.. the photo of the water that was uploaded was already a bit clean.. after waiting 45 minutes after complaining & being fixed, they said

The room was okay, but the bathroom was lacking. The room wasn't airtight. The AC and refrigerator were very noisy. The TB2 room card couldn't be used anymore, so we had to go back and forth from upstairs to downstairs.

Booked a room with breakfast for 4, dining staff asking extra payment for another 2 saying 1 room only has breakfast privilege for 2. Said he would check with FO, but didn’t and nothing happened. Needed to show the booking# with the reservation pax count. Second day at breakfast the exact same thing happened again. Eventhough mentioned that we stay for another day hence to take note so that same mistake would have been avoided. Neglected to do so.

The main course was mediocre: the pecel sauce was too salty, and the fried flour and fish weren't crispy enough. The mie sedap corner wasn't worth much, especially since it was just a plain, boiled noodle dish with no variations. In my opinion, it lowered the standard of the hotel's offerings. Luckily, there was bubur sumsum (rice porridge) to soothe the appetite.
