The hotel smells good, is comfortable, the service is super friendly, the room is clean, my son loves it, and doesn't want to go home.. 🥰

Already REQUESTED no smoking room but still given a smoking room with the excuse that all rooms are non-smoking! Said free upgrade room, instead got a connecting room that is very "not soundproof!! The connecting room next door is very noisy karaoke at 12 am! Already reported to the front office twice with no response! Even the security did not come up to negotiate! The 3rd time the report was only responded to!! So rude this hotel. For facilities and cleanliness is okay! But for a hotel that does not provide a non-smoking room, this is an important point, not everyone can be exposed to cigarette smoke!

The hotel is nice.. the room is clean 🤩 good service.. the staff are friendly.. the only thing lacking is a little, at breakfast there are some foods that taste too salty 🙏🏼🤭 it's placed in the white rice row.. I like the lontong & chayote vegetable soup the most 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I stayed here for 3 nights. It was very pleasant and comfortable.

The staff is very responsive, just 15 minutes after checking in they make sure the facilities are in good condition. Don't worry about running out of breakfast, they keep refilling it, and the variety is also good.

super excited with this hotel. 5 stars but affordable price. starting from the lobby is spacious, cool, fragrant, the staff is super duper friendly, you can leave your suitcase in the lobby first. I got a room on the 7th floor, and it was so good I wanted to cry :( I checked in at 13 o'clock and was served. It was so clean, got a welcome drink of watermelon juice, the best, it was so refreshing. The motorbike parking is on B2 so the elevator between the parking and the room is separate, it makes us more private. but what I'm a bit less satisfied with is the swimming pool, it's small, and it seems less clean inside the pool and around the outer wall of the pool, just a suggestion if it could be made indoor it would be nicer because it opens from 06-19. the food is the best!!! but on the last day of my stay there was something that surprised me, but I've told the chef or the supervisor there. thank you artotel, next time I'll come back here again :))) 😍
