Thank you Ahmad for your review. For the booking on September 28th, we only had one room available at that time, so we still have the guest information and history of problems since the rental date. We ensure that the room is clean, fragrant, and new according to our SOP. We forced this guest to check out with the help of our security guard because he was causing trouble with his male partner and was making loud noises that disturbed other guests. Therefore, he had to stop renting the room. This made this guest unhappy, so he left the room with the help of the security guard. In addition, we ask that guests respect our rules and not bring/order food/drinks/other services that are not permitted. Thank you.
