We ensure that the room is clean, fragrant, and new according to our SOP. We forced this guest to check out with the help of our security guard because he was causing trouble with his male partner and was making loud noises that disturbed other guests. Therefore, he had to stop renting the room. This made this guest unhappy, so he left the room with the help of the security guard. In addition, we ask that guests respect our rules and not bring/order food/drinks/other services that are not permitted. Thank you.

Both for the bathroom lights after the guest complained, the officer immediately and shortly replaced the light bulb and it could function properly so that the guest remained comfortable in the unit during the rental period until the Check Out day (no other complaints). For unit availability, it is adjusted to the unit that is ready on the D-day so if it is a bit far from the elevator.
