The staff is friendly, any questions are answered well, when called to be reminded to take a free welcome drink, the room is clean, all the equipment is also clean, for peace of mind there is so much so when you don't want to be disturbed & being alone is really nice, thank you☺️

Overall it's okay, it would be even better if you didn't have to wear a swimsuit to go to the swimming pool, but it was just enough to be suitable for swimming in the swimming pool.

Overall ok, coincidentally booked a deluxe connecting room, the kids liked it and felt comfortable, recommended. Just a little input about the soundproofing is a bit lacking, because the noise from outside the hotel can still be heard.

Check-in time was almost 1 hour, even though I had ordered it a day before and arrived at 19.00 at night and wanted to rest and take a shower because I was tired of having to wait for the bathroom to be cleaned for 45 minutes and after that the toilet tissue was not replaced even though it had run out... I complained and then the obstetrician delivered it.

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Located in the center of Tuban city. There is a rooftop pool that can be accessed until 9 pm. Clean rooms, clean toilets, cold AC. And this is a plus point, there is a bolster in the room. Rest becomes more comfortable.

The bedroom table is tilted and things often fall over. It's time to change the towels, they're no longer clean and white. There's no shower faucet for ablution. There's minimal space for praying in the room.
