The breakfast buffet staff had a very bad attitude, as if they didn't want to serve customers. When I went to the counter to order coffee and asked the staff to make it, the staff replied that she would make it herself with the coffee maker, but the coffee maker was broken that day. In the morning, when I went to the buffet restaurant to find a table, I saw 2-3 empty tables, but the staff wouldn't let me sit, saying there were customers. No one had left any bags to keep a seat, so why wouldn't I sit? I asked the manager again to ask if I had to reserve a table for a buffet, but the manager replied that it wasn't necessary, so who were the female staff keeping those 2-3 tables for? The female staff's name was Trang. I've been to many resorts, usually the staff serve first come first serve, but Radisson Phan Thiet doesn't seem to know this. At noon, I went to the restaurant to wait for my room, I had leftover food and asked to pack it to go, but when I was hungry, the staff asked me if I wanted to take the whole plate and eat it too? And then take away was so fierce! Overall the facilities are fine but the customer service is terrible! I've been to Radisson Cam Ranh and Mui Ne before and only Phan Thiet is this bad!
