Really like it because it is close to MRT, I have stayed here 3 times.

Hotel ini terletak di tengah kota Singapore, di Jln. Bugis. Kalau hanya untuk sekedar transit 1 malam gapapa, karena kamarnya cukup sempit. Tarif per malam cukup mahal untuk ukuran orang Indonesia, 1,1 jt / malam. Maklum Hotel di Singapore tarifnya sanhat mahal. Resepsionisnya cukup baik dan ramah. Namun di kamar tidak ada handuk, jadi harus mintak dulu baru di kasih.

The hotel is quite strategic, but the room is very damp and smelly. The bed is full of dust and it makes me itches a lot. Towel was not provided and needs to be asked. Staff was not helpful (not that bad but a little ignorant). The water heater only goes up to “lukewarm). Booked for 2 days, only stayed for 7 hours.

The aircon is not working properly, the room is dirty, the complementary creamer already expired.

The room itself was actually okay size, the problem was with their ac and humid moldy spotty wall. It's very hard to feel comfortable in that condition. Washroom felt a bit dirty and icky somehow, but still tolerable. Trying to fall a sleep with awful humidity at night is not pleasant. Around 9ish in the morning there is someone incessantly knock at door needing to check bathroom fan 😩. Not a good experience overall. You should pay more to get a better hotel room. The positive point is their convenient location (surrounded by construction so you need to reroute the walk a bit).

I love this hotel, near from bus station or MRT station. And their service is really nice the receptionist had a good service and clear about info I should know. Thank you so much all.

For 1 night stay its OK. Location great near to MRT bugis and also many restaurant.

Penyesalan memilih hotel ini karena sangat membuat kecewa, saya di sini menginap 4 hari 3 malam, kamar nya lembab (berembun) seperti di foto ini, ac nya central dingin banget, sudah di matiin tapi tetep dingin, jadi sampai pagi tidur dengan keadaan mengigil, di sini ada praturan ac harus 20-23’ tetapi keadaan di luar hujan deras otomatis hotel dingin banget mangknya kecilin ac bahkan sampai di matikan, tapi bangun-bangun kamar ku sudah jadi kolam, lalu di sini punya praturan kalau kamar di bersihkan di hari kedua menginap, padahal hari pertama kamar ku sudah kayak kolam tapi ga di bersihin dan katanya kalau mau bersihin sendiri:(, jadi di hari kedua menginap dengan kasur basah karena lembab, dan di jam setengah 1 mlem lagi enak-enak nya tidur malah alarm kebakaran hidup, udah panik banget rupanya karena error infonya, lalu lanjut hari ketiga, masi subuh jam 6 malah hidup lagi alarm kebakaran kenceng banget berkali-kali (udah mikir beneran kebakaran) ternyata memang alarm nya error, semua orang ke lobby menggunakan baju tidur karena belum pada bangun juga, tv mati, plafon bocor juga, kelebihannya cma dkeet mrt bugis, yang lain sangat buruk, pelayanan jutek dan cuek banget tidak ramah.

Definitely not comeback. Due to high demand. The cleanliness is really bad, even there are so many hair falls on my blanket, the towel really made by thin fabric, can't absorb any water on my body and a hole. Buy some new lah! Despite of the room 's size the building really old and need renewal. The point is only the location. Really near with bugis MRT. If you consider the place only you can choose this hotel just for sleep. Not for anything else.

Sangat tidak rekomen, pesen hotel ini karena liat banyak review bagus d tiktok tapi gapaham itu review cuma hanya karna konten atau endorsement ya.. Yang bagus dr hotel ini hanya lokasinya aja yg deket banget sama stasiun MRT, halte bus dan Bugis Junction.. selebihnya PARAH, kamar sempit banget, ranjang keras banget kayak papan, kamar mandi airnya panas banget doang ga bisa d stel dinginnya, sprei debuan dan bikin gatel, Grill return AC jamuran kayak d foto, chanel TV hanya ada 1 yg bisa, kamar mandi jorok, pintu kamar mandi gagangnya uda rusak ga bisa dikunci ga bisa diputer, Staff juga tidak ramah, bau kamar apek sekali.. Sangat ga rekomen, hati2 liat review tiktok yang bilang bagus itu PALSU semua.

Kamar sangat sempit untuk 2 orang dewasa dan 1 bayi.

Kalau bawa keluarga sih bener-bener not recommend. AC tidak boleh di matikan atau dikecilkan hanya boleh 20-21 ° C karena katanya akan keluar air atau lembab. Kamar kecil & dibersihkan 2 hari sekali. Jadi kalau waktu tidak dibersihkan minta aqua, kopi, gula, teh & creamer-nya di reception. Yang jaga tidak terlalu friendly. Ada yang friendly ada yang kurang. Lainkali gak lagi di sini.

Close to Bugis Junction, very close to the MRT so it helps those of you who are visiting Singapore for the first time because it makes your vacation easier for you and your family, the AC is cool, the water runs smoothly, lots of places to eat, no security deposit, you can bring children to stay overnight, hope the hotel can improve the service because we stayed 2 nights and the first day there was a bad experience, namely the fire alarm went off and everyone ran through the emergency door while they were fast asleep and suddenly we were shocked by this very uncomfortable incident, we ran all the way to the bottom floor of the hotel and thankfully the emergency door is functioning well and can be accessed, apparently there was no fire incident, minus the towels were not changed, mineral water had to be taken by yourself to the lobby, the room was very narrow, there were no slippers in the room or in the toilet so our feet would be very weak comfortable moving around in the room, the mattress was very hard and we didn't sleep comfortably, hopefully the service can be improved by the hotel.

The room was so humid that water came out of the walls and floor. So it's wet everywhere unless the AC is turned on at 20 degrees. Dirty because it is cleaned every 2 days. The front officer is also rude. Strategic location.

Uninhabitable hotel. The room is very damp. When the AC is not turned on, water can come out of the walls and floor. The AC remote also doesn't match so you have to check lots of remotes to turn off the TV. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. Very old hotel. Very strategic place. That's all the advantages.

Watery walls, blankets get wet because the bed is against the wall, because the walls are wet and the lanai gets wet.
