I had delays in getting to the hotel as I was participating in a tournament in David City. I was attended by the owner, Mr. Jaume who waited for me to arrive to the hotel through the late hours. I reached the hotel at 11:30pm and he was there waiting for me for check-in. He was patient, cordial and helped me carry my bags to the room. Also, on one of the nights I requested a dessert which got late, so as a compensation for the lateness, they did not charge me for it. The breakfast was very good, and tasty. The staff was very cordial and service oriented. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a coffee machine with very good tasting coffee.

Los Brezos is the best hotel in the area. The restaurant is amazing, the food at all times is delicious and high standard

Hotel was extremely clean and attractive, with a nice restaurant. The only downside was construction across the street, which made it somewhat noisy, although it will stop as soon as the building is finished.

This is a great hotel and very much recommend. The food was great and the service was outstanding.

It was a wonderful stay. Room is clean quiet and has air conditioning. There are only 6 rooms so very private. Restaurant is delicious and reasonable. The staff is really friendly and very close to everything. Walkable to stores farmacias etc. We will definitely be staying here again. Loved it!

Boutique hotel with a gorgeous view of Volcan Baru. My wife and I were impressed from the moment we stepped foot on the property. Most of the staff speak Spanish and very little English, of course this is Panama. But Leo and Luis spoke both, and welcomed us in, no worries. Leo seemed to work each of our 4-days stay and made sure anything and everything we needed, including laundry, was taken care of. The restaurant was meticulously clean and the food delicious. Everything about our stay was top-notch. There was some construction going on during the time we were there during daylight hours and a rooster that crowed at 3 am, but it was not enough to dampen our spirit.

EXCELENTE! El hotel y su staff cuidan cada detalle para garantizar una experiencia cómoda y con sensación de lujo. Las toallas, batas, jabones, colchones, todo excelente calidad y en perfectas condiciones. Las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo impecable que tienen todo, destacaría también la atención y amabilidad del personal en todo momento. Sobresaliente! Y por último, OH MY GOD, la comida está deliciosa!! Recomendado 1000%

Everything except the view. There is the beautiful Volcan Baru at the back, but it is impossible to see it inside the hotel and there is no access at the back. Awful view from the room. Construction in the front of the hotel. Ugly street. But the food and the service is excellent. Very nice people working in the restaurant. The room was nice and clean.

Es un hotel muy cómodo, con una excelente ubicación y muy buena atención del personal. recomendaría que para el desayuno consideren alguna bebida para niños ya que las opciones son solo café o té caliente y los que viajamos en familia con pequeños valoramos los detalles especiales con los niños.
