We never write reviews but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to compliment Casa Canovas. From the moment we arrived Fernando was so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated with tasteful decor, incredibly clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the beds were heavenly. The property is located very centrally and has an amazing restaurant that we’d highly recommend.

Stayed at Hotel Canovas for three nights on a chill-out trip with a childhood friend. It was a beautiful room in a lovely little street in Cadiz. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were lovely. We left considerably more relaxed than we came in, and enjoyed wandering the streets around the hotel.

Best location, quiet, friendly helpful staff. They also have a Fantastic Italian restaurant, bar, & breakfast option! Definitely charming and one of the best boutique hotels in Spain! We Highly recommend it!

Casa Cánovas es muy amable. Knowledgeable, kindly staff helped and advised us very well. The hotel itself is very handsome, both traditional and up to date. And Cadiz is a splendid city. My wife did some historical research while we were visiting— it was a pleasure to be there.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. Our room was very clean but a little small for 2 people. Nice property.

Nice boutique hotel. Nice staff

Had the feeling of luxury, recently renovated, stunning room. The staff were forst class and helpful. We ate at the restraunt at the hotel and it was beautiful food. I suggest parking in a car park first and taking lugagge to hotel. You can park temperorally at the hotel whilst you check in but the streets are very narrow and Google maps was getting confused. It didnt effect our stay though.

There is extremely hard to get to this place by the car. Otherwise nice place in the center of old Cadiz city

Great location in the heart of old town. Easy walking everywhere.

A beautiful hotel in a historic building. Our room was lovely in every regard — comfy bed, lots of room around it, huge shower, well-equipped bathroom with a bidet. Beautifully appointed: modern but with a lot of the historic character maintained. The staff were all more-than-friendly, more-than-kind, and helped us with everything from our nonexistent Spanish to our need for a cab to a lesson on how the train system worked. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I would stay there any time; I would live there if I could.

Incredible views of from the terrace. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located.

This hotel was fabulous! The location is in the heart of the oldest part of the city. I would stay here again.
