Nice and clean, and newly renovated. Highly recommend.

Clean and modern.

Front desk associates were very welcoming. Valet helped when they didn’t have to. It was a great stay. The hotel was clean and smelled amazing.

The room was nice and cleaned.

Staff was friendly, located in the heart of the shopping district, and the rooms were really nice!!!! I definitely would recommend!!!!!

We loved it for a weekend getaway. Quiet and peaceful with dinning and shooing options near by you don’t have to travel out of area and best of all parking is free. I would stay again

Very clean, friendly staff, close to dining and activities!

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ming at check-in and Brandon, on the desk the day we were leaving, who kindly allowed us to check out late so that my wife could see the end of the men's final of the French Open. The hotel was clean and seems fairly new. The lobby was attractive, with a spiral staircase circling around a large statue of a peacock. However, there are a couple of things I consider negatives. First, the driveway at the entrance is short, and there is no porte-cochere. Pickup and dropoff is awkward. Second, our room was (1) quite small, with little floor space left by the bed, and (2) decorated in a Spartan fashion, with very dark walls and only a narrow bench with cushions along part of one wall instead of an armchair - no desk. Weird. I suggest the hotel be renamed the Hyatt Eccentric.

Only concern was the bathroom included in the bedroom.

I didn’t like the low water pressure in the shower. I complained about it, neither it was fixed not room change was offered. I was staying for 3 nights.
