This was the worst accommodation we experienced during our 9 weeks travelling through Europe. The room was advertised as non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon arrival. The hairdryer was also faulty — it was overheating and only functioned for a few seconds before shutting off. I reported this to the hotel contact, who apologised and assured me someone would attend to it the following day. However, no one followed up, and the issue remained unresolved. The lighting was far too dim in the loungeroom, there was no detergent for washing dishes in the kitchen, and when we asked for another toilet roll, the cleaner advised we'd have to pay for it. Additionally, inside the unit complex, there was no roof for the common area and stairwell where people navigate to their rooms. During a period of heavy rain, accessing our room became quite difficult. We had to use an umbrella while going up and down the metal spiral staircase, which led to large puddles at the base. This made moving between our room and the exit difficult and dangerous, as it was very slippery.

Good location, modern apartment but bedrooms too hot for Summer (no air-con and no fan in bedrooms). Easy to book, easy to check-in.

We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Centrally located with excellent access to public transportation, restaurants and cafes. The street is busy during the day, but not noisy at night.

We had bad experience of the communication with the owner. Wasn’t understanding or sensitive to our problems. Overall we felt scammed, made us book 3 apartments instead of 2. The only good thing was the cleanliness and even that not entirely because of cigarette smell in one of the apartments. The area is close to the center but the neighborhood it self is not very nice. I do not recommend stay there.

My problem was, that we stayed with 5 people in an apartman, and you were well aware of that, but we only had 4 pillows in total, so i couldn't sleep well. I changed it to 3 stars, as 2 might be a bit harsh, but when I stay for 1 night, basically for sleep, and we don't get enough pillows, that's not good.
