Easy walking distance to subway, shopping mall and markets. A little quiet at night in the immediate surroundings. Lovely views from room and rooftop. Convenient having free washer and dryer in the basement as not many ppl seem to use it. Rooms were not big but sufficient.

Good location

When arriving at the property, I arrived about 30 minutes before my check-in time. The staff made an exception and checked me in early. However, the explanation of what floor I was staying at was not clear and I had to ask twice. The room was spectacular and it had a gorgeous view. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioner was difficult to operate. I would have appreciated some instructions on how to turn it on. There was no hair drier provided for me either which usually most hotels of that rank do provide it.

Beautiful location. But what a potential this property has but in wrong hands. So run down. If they spend the money on it, can be a 5 star with the beautiful water around. The address can’t be found on goggle since they on the higher floor. Took us so long to find the hotel. Be careful with that .

Hotel room with loft was perfect for my family of four. First night was great. Next morning trouble started. None of the outlet plugs, tv or phone was working. Notified front desk at 11am. Said we would be out for the day. And they said a technician would come fix we'll we were gone. They never came. We arrived back to hotel at 6pm. All day to fix problem. I asked to switch rooms. Was denied. So we say we are going back out for dinner. Come back at 9:30. Now nothing in room was working. No ac, lights, nothing. One of my kids took a shower using my cellphone flashlight to shower. Asked for a transformer box that was supposed to be free of use. They didn't have any. Expedia gave me $25 credit. We brought our transformer from our house. That we always travel with and never had problems with before. It worked fine Monday. Not sure what happened being Monday and Tues morning. Worst vacation ever. However the view from room was nice. Beds were comfy. Had a CU in lobby which was convenient. But I would not come back.

룸 자체는 좋고 침구도 좋습니다. 단점이라면 외국인 단체 관광객이 많아서 아침 저녁에 엘레베이터 한번 타려면 인내심을 가져야합니다. 바다와 항만이 보이는것은 좋으나 폐선 정박소가 앞에 있어서 밤에는 좀 어둡다는게 다소 아쉽네요.

침구는 아늑하고 뷰가 넘 좋아요. 주변 놀거리도 많아요

近くにロッテマートがあって買い物はしやすいし、駅も近くて便利。 ホテルは、トイレットペーパーが流せないタイプのため、バスルームが甘い芳香剤の匂いがした。 トイレの鏡に水垢があったり、ゴミ箱の袋が空気を抜いてセットしてなかったので捨てにくかった。窓も曇っていてせっかく眺めがいいのにとても残念。 2泊宿泊し、水補充かベットメイクのどちらかしかなく、値段の割にハウスキーピングの質が悪いと思った。

The location is very convenient as you can easily reach out with public transportation. There was a small unexpected issue during the stay, but the hotel staff actively solved the situation. Much appreciated and willing to stay again once visiting Busan again!

전반적으로 친절하십니다. 그러나 조식이 안되서 불편합니다

객실에서 보는 바다뷰가 정말 멋져요 특히 야경이 좋아요 부산의 풍경을 제대로 볼 수 있어요

깨끗하고 역으로 이동하기도 좋았습니다 전체적으로 만족스러웠기때문에 또 재방문할 생각입니다

房間整潔，地點還算方便，但整座酒店有24層，而電梯只有三部，其中兩部亦有分只去單雙數樓層，等候電梯時間較長。還有，如果一家人一起旅遊，可能要在預訂時先向酒店要求同樓層或同單數/雙數層，否則交換東西時會較不便。

영도나 자갈치, 남포동가기 위치가 좋습니다. 다만 룸 바닦 카페트가 지저분하고 욕실 배수에 문제가 있었습니다.

昼間も夜も景色が良かったのですが、隣のホテルが邪魔だったかな。なければ満点です。部屋も広く、ベッドサイドに充電ケーブルも8pin、micro、type cが備え付けてあって、便利でした。歯ブラシあり。アメニティーも良かったです。 不思議つくりのホテルで、エレベーターはもう一つのホテルと共用。3台あっても、なかなかこないこともしばしば。フロントは日本語が話せる方もいますが、最低英語が必要かなと思います。
