I was happily surprised that there is a parking garage attached to the hotel, so the college apartment furnishings that were crammed into my vehicle stayed out of the sun. I gave only 4 stars for safety because we had a problem with check in. We were given key cards to our room. When we got to the room (pretend it is room #810) the key cards did not work. The keypad on the door of room 810 flashed yellow. We returned to the front desk and told the staff who had checked us in that these keys did not open the door to that room. She reprogrammed the cards. We were able to open the door to room 810 and discovered the room was OCCUPIED. Thankfully no one was in the room but we saw their luggage and shopping bags. We returned to the front desk and explained the problem. We were given key cards to room 812, next door to the room we had just accessed. You can bet I deadlocked the door to our room as soon as we entered. I felt bad for entering the room next door. If someone did that to my room, well, you can imagine the feeling of violation. Not good, Fairfield Inn!

Everything was clean, fresh and great beds. The location was perfect for shipping, good choices for food. Close to Franklin and not far from Nashville.

Overall a great experience with zero complaints. The workers were very friendly and attentive and acted quickly to get me in and out in a jiffy.

This was a clean and updated property close to the highway for us to stay on our way from Ohio to Alabama.
