The staff helped me until I found the unit I was renting... because it was my first time renting an apartment... the wifi signal was weak, just a suggestion, in the future there will be a cable in the room... because the power outlets are far away and I forgot to bring soap and shampoo, I thought they would give me the rest, it was okay, they gave me bottled drinking water

Very slow service, long wait to check in, not in accordance with procedures.

I bought it on the app but had to check in on the Travelio app, and the app was very, very unfriendly, so I gave up and bought it again elsewhere. I will never buy everything that Travelio manages again. The live chat is not for talking to officers but you have to fill in the app which is incomprehensible. Luckily, I met a Travelio employee. When I wanted to check in, the clerk waited to fill out the app for more than 1 hour and if the officer didn't help, it would be impossible to fill in the check-in app. This bad experience will make me remember never to buy anything managed by Travelio again.
