The location is a bit difficult for parents and small children. The place is dirty, there are lots of rat droppings outside the room. The lighting in the room is very minimal. At least the pool is aesthetic enough to be used for taking pictures. The service is good, when the water is blocked, the admin is quick to respond to fix it.

The property was recently renovated it seems. The condition of the villa is good, as the name implies in a tropical style. While staying with family is also comfortable. In front of the villa directly the swimming pool and rice fields. My input is to have an option to include breakfast too.

Location is quite central in Ubud, close to Monkey Forest, fit for medium size group (we are 6 adults), private and the room were decent.

Came to ubud for celebrating Valentine 's day with family. Booked this place randomly due to the location and its cool price. Guess what! Its super new and we loved it! We got all the 3 rooms + pool with a local ricefield view for such a decent price! And its just 3 minutes away from the center of Ubud, definitely going to stay here again!
