Check in took a long time. Even though we arrived at 4 pm. And for breakfast, they really don't respect the guests at that price. Bad service.

Recommended. Clean and does not smell of cigarettes, strategic location close to Grand Indonesia. Walk less than 5 minutes and you will arrive. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Have been to Grand Thamrin many times, it is very comfortable to stay, only the food is lacking.

The hotel is located right next to Grand Indonesia, and the view from the room is towards West Mall.

The bed was broken so it made a sound, the shower was broken so we tied it up using plastic,
