Not recommended at all. Many of the room facilities are broken. If we complain, we get ignored.

I already buying my hotel room. But I can't find my room at the hotel. And I can't to get another extra bed

Title: Extremely Poor Cleanliness. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. My room and other areas of the hotel were infested with cockroaches, which made my stay highly uncomfortable and concerning for health reasons. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying here unless the management takes serious steps to improve their hygiene and pest control measures. Stay at your own risk.

The location is a bit far from Skyavenue Mall so you have to take another grab for about 15 minutes up the mountain, but it's worth it! Location in tower 7 ion deelemen. Later, look for an Indian agent who will give you the key to the My News mini market. The Indian people were quite nice and paid a deposit of RM200. The building, facilities, location are very good, nice and still quite new. The view of the Genting mountains is also good, the air is cool. Overall staying 2 nights here was very satisfying.

Thanks to the review, easy for me to check in, make sure to call the number that provided in email after booking. Prepare rm200 for deposit. Nice view, comfortable. The food a bit pricey.

Harus bayar kalo mau taruh koper sebelum waktu check in padahal biasa nya kalau di indonesia pasti di siapkan gratis untuk tempat letakan koper sebelum check in. Kemarin kami 10 koper kena harga Rm 200. Di lobby nya tidak di siapkan tempat letakan koper. Tidak ada help service. Semua koper yang mau dititip harus bawa sendiri dan ke kamarpun tidak ada yang bantu bawa. Jadi harap siapkan tenaga extra jika mau menginap di apartemen nya.
