Discovered dirty bed line once I looked around the room after check in. The manager of housekeeping came right away to bring clean ones but this should have never happened.

Stayed here for 4 nights over the Canada Day long weekend to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday! Everything was perfect, from the comfy/cute room, rooftop pool and happy hour in the restaurant. It’s about a 5 min walk to the beach area which was beautiful and conviennent! Having chairs waiting for us on the beach was a plus. In a great area for walking up and down the strip! Highly recommend, we will be back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful from front deskmen to bartender! Property was beachy w/ teal golf carts and doors, which made it cute. However, there was no light in spacious closet & there was mold in the steamer. Rooftop pool had great view or waterway & DJ on wknds was good!

Every employee that we met was very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Will stay again…

The checkin experience was flawless and the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The rooftop pool and bar was a very relaxing and pleasant experience for my husband and I. Our negative experience began when we were laying in bed watching a movie and a roach confidently traveled across the screen. We immediately made the front desk aware and an engineer came to verify it was in fact a roach and sprayed home defense and we were moved to a different room. The front office manager was made aware after we departed the next day and she told me a roach was an expected and acceptable bug in their rooms because of its “botanical environment” when I requested a refund of the room. She refunded the $70 dollars we accumulated for the drinks which I explicitly expressed I was more than happy to pay for because the issue wasn’t the drinks it was the room. A resolution still hasn’t been reached and the manager insinuated asking for a refund was unreasonable and a roach should be expected because of the “botanical environment” and I was being unreasonable. If you are ok with roaches and the management justifying it and holding extremely limited accountability this is the hotel for you!

Good location with excellent on-site restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. The roof-top pool is fabulous with great views over the inter-coastal waterways and perfect place for the ‘pink’ Florida sunsets. Hotel is stylish with a cool, relaxing vibe made better by very attentive, interested, hard-working staff.

Shorebreak was super cute and the on site restaurant was really good. The room was very clean and the air unit, plumbing and fridge worked well. It could have used a ceiling fan for air circulation to make it feel less “outside” compared to hotels whose rooms are all indoors. I didn’t bring a pet this trip, but it is a very pet-friendly hotel.

We had a wonderful girls trip stay at the Kimpton Shorebreak. Customer service and front desk was exceptional. Drinks are amazing. Bonus- every night if your stay, each guest receives a drink voucher for a glass of vino! Such a great touch. Will be coming again!

They charge $47 for parking fee per night, plus $40 everyday for “water bottles, bike rentals and others”, so be prepared to pay $87/night extras, plus taxes

Gorgeous hotel great location

First time staying and will definitely be our place to stay before and after cruise. Nice and friendly staff! Nice hotel and love that there are two pools.

First night Ac didn’t work and got moved out of my room at 2am to a new room that wasn’t as clean as my first room…

This was our third time staying at the Kimpton and we loved it as expected. The staff are amazing, friendly and accommodating. Our rolm was clean, the food at the restaurant was great, the rooftop pool had all the vibes!! Can't wait to return next year!
