Nice facilities, friendly staff.

Breakfast was amazing. Coffee machine with fresh ground coffee. Pancake machine that automatically makes the pancakes. Rooms were clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

Staff is so nice. Check in very quick. The building is new. Everything works and is really clean!

Our stay went well overall, but the room did not seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Overall staff was friendly and facilities were nice.

The hotel and room were nice but we had to wait for a room to be ready which was inconvenient.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Parking was convenient. Would definitely stay there again when traveling to New Orleans.

Pair of men’s underwear left in room. Bathroom floor had long black hair around shower floor and a good bit of short black hair on the floor. Notified receptionist and she had it taken care of. Some trash left in the ice bucket. Not a real problem!!

Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. Not much for food selection in Cottondale though. Good for an overnight travel stay
