Because the hotel's room structure is different between floors, odd floors have balconies, even floors don't have balconies, and when booking falls, the system automatically assigns room numbers, so Executive Ocean view rooms are available. then the system assigns that room. We definitely confirm that we do not assign a lower room type than Deluxe Sea view to you. Because the period you booked the hotel was full, when we received the information from you, we did not handle it in time. After that, we tried to contact you to upgrade to Family room type for guests but we have not been contacted.
