Tôi đã đặt 2 phòng ngày 20/6 . Diện tích phòng quá bé so với diện tích mà app giới thiệu là 45m tì không đủ . không có nước nóng để tắm . Gọi nhân viên lên sửa sau kêu là năng lương mặt trời chỉ được vậy .mới đầu kêu em mà chỉnh nóng lên là nóng lắm đấy nhé . Mình bảo OK chỉ chỉnh lên cho chị . Sau vẫn lạnh ngắt . Nhân viên Nam đứng lễ Tân nói chuyện rất thiếu kỹ năng , thái độ với khách . Nhân viên nữ thì nhiệt tình niềm nở. Ăn sáng thì toi thấy ăn được sạch sẽ . Một phòng giá 1tr4 ngày thường thứ 2 là quá đắt so với những gì được nhận.

People do not book this hotel. I just had a very bad experience with this hotel. Book an executive ocean view room and go to the hotel to get yourself a deluxe double sea view room. I asked to change the room class I booked but the hotel said there was no room to change. So why let guests book and then say no? The hotel explained that the room given to me is an executive room because it has a bathtub and the deluxe room does not have a bathtub? When I booked the room on the app, there was no information about the bathtub and I didn't care about it (although you can see the photos on the deluxe double sea view app with the bathtub). I booked executive ocean view because it has a balcony and a larger area (app says 45m2) and deluxe app room says 36m2 and no balcony. But when I arrived, the hotel gave me a deluxe room without a balcony and when I checked in, it was not even 30m2. I was so annoyed that I checked out immediately (accepting to lose the booked room fee) and booked another resort in a 43m2 room that was almost twice the size of the room that Tahiti arranged for me to receive. The hotel needs to do better.

Highly recommended!! The hotel is new and beautiful, the equipment in the room is ok, the staff is enthusiastic, they support me to check in up to 3 hours earlier than the check-in time. However, the breakfast buffet in my opinion is a bit small and the seasoning is not very good compared to other parties, the view of the breakfast room overlooking the sea is very beautiful. Overall 9/10, will come back if I visit Phu Quoc next time.
