Location in front of Lake Matano, a few steps to Molino Beach. But it is a bit far to find a supermarket like Alfa/Indomaret. For restaurants around it is also a bit difficult, buy food at the hotel at a fairly affordable price.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious, it's just that there is no lift so going up to the 4th floor requires some exercise first, but overall everything is good.

Stayed at this hotel for work. The booking and check-in process is no problem. Got a room on the 4th floor without an elevator and happened to carry heavy luggage so it was quite a struggle too. Bed okay. AC is not cold enough. Not good work chair, hard. No lamp for work desk. Power point is also lacking, only one. The bathroom drainage is not good, the bathroom is all wet when showering because there is no drainage channel from the shower. There is also no drainage from the wash basin so the bathroom smells a bit. Restaurant service is not good. Tried dinner twice but the food order didn't come and it turned out to be finished but there was no notification from the staff.
