I had already booked through Traveloka, but when I arrived at the apartment, I couldn't contact them at all, so I had to wait a long time and finally book again, and there was no responsibility from the apartment or Traveloka, which was very disappointing.

It's really bad, the room looks like it hasn't been maintained, the sheets haven't been changed, they're dirty, they really itch, it's really bad.

The service is very bad and the security is arrogant. I'm really tired of renting here.

The room is not the same as in the photo 🥹 please pay attention to cleanliness. When I got there, the TV couldn't turn on.

Tolong kebersihan lebih diperhatikan lagi, di area balkon banyak bekas putung rokok, di kulkas ada makanan & minuman bekas penghuni sebelumnya, seprei seperti belum dicuci karena ada noda, lemari aromanya tidak enak & ada bedcover kotor. Dimohon untuk lebih aware saja lain kali karena kita di sini bayar full & ingin tidur dengan senyaman mungkin. Terima kasih.

Unit masih kotor, bau parfum ga jelas dan bau dari kamar mandi dan lubang pembuangan washbak, seprei kasur bekas pakai orang lain, kain bantal tertinggal noda bedak. Sepertinya tidak ada clean up yang proper. Tidak bisa cancel dan tidak kembali uang.

Jelek banget, beneran kayak hotel berhantu, banyak rambut gitu, terus kotornya minta ampun, sampe ada banyak banget jaring laba laba, recommended banget buat yang mau uji nyali, terus di balkonya banyak banget puntung rokok, engga banget deh. Langsung balikin kunci, minta kamar yang bersih, malah orangnya bilang ga ada kamar lagi, lagi dibersihin, ga tau kapan tapi ga jelas, akhirnya ga jadi ke sana, langsung pergi. 👎🏻.

Dengan harga 300ribu, kamar sangat buruk, sangat kotor, seprei sepertinya tidak pernah di ganti. Bantal cuma ada satu. Lemari dan meja rusak parah. Seperti rumah hantu. Kamar mandi jorok sekali, kotor tidak pernah di bersihkan, begitu juga dengan handuk yang sepertinkain pel. Keran air bocor. Air minum tidak ada sama sekali. Sangat jauh beda dengan foto yang di tampilkan. sangat sangat buruk sekali. Dengan terpaksa menginap di situ karna ada urusan kerjaan dan sudah larut malam. Kalo mau menginap di sini, mending pikirin 100x deh 👎.

Honest review, yes. In terms of service, it's amazingly good, no complaints for that. But for the unit, sorry to say, it looks like it is not well maintained. There is no warm water, the shower also doesn't exist (there is a shower but no ads for the shower head) and it's quite cramped for the price of 300, in my opinion.

The room was not clean, there were lots of stains on the sheets, the bathroom was very dirty there were traces of people's urine on the toilet seat and hair in the filter holes and I had to clean it myself. Internet is also difficult especially there is no WiFi. Please fix it, because at that much hotel price I usually get the best at another hotel .

I like the service of the front desk team but the room is awful, some of wallpaper is already torn and detached. Dusty cupboard and desk. TV remote has no batteries. Air conditioner was good but set up with timer and every one hour will shut down automatically. There 's no amenities but a poor towel. The floor is little bit dirty. The bed pretty comfort but the sheet is doubtful whether its clean or not. Hot water and clean water is good. The view is amazing from room 12-08. Complete with wifi, refrigerator, and gas stove. Need attention to do some repair on furniture and more hygiene.
