I expect much better for a 5-stars hotel! When I booked, i have mentioned that I would like the room with quiet area, and yet the staff gave us the room just below the ballroom with ongoing event until 21.00. We couldn't sleep at all, and until 2x complaint finally 21.15 the event stops, baggage was very slow delivered to the room, coffee machine was not functioning properly, gym was really poor, not much that you can do inside, car parking space was quite small. The only thing that I appreciate is the warm pool for kids.

This is our first experience staying at Grand Aston Puncak. First appreciation for the front desk staff, especially Noval... the room is quite spacious, clean and tidy... the engineering and housekeeping staff also deserve a thumbs up for their fast response... valet parking is free 😁 ...

The hotel's location is great, and the food has a wide variety of Indonesian and Middle Eastern dishes. Everything tastes delicious, so it's really cool. It's a shame I got a room without a balcony, so the view was blocked. I had a surprising experience when a 5-star hotel could have power outages twice... which is funny. But overall, Grand Aston Puncak is highly recommended for a staycation in the Puncak area, it's top notch 👍

Complete facilities, clean and nice views

The room is not soundproof enough. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, because there are still leftover bottles of Amidis from the previous guest in the cupboard, there are still coffee grounds in the coffee storage, it seems like it wasn't cleaned. The parquet floor is a bit peeling. Room 702 mountain view but it's a bit in the corner next to the elevator. Oh yeah, the check-in time was quite long, they gave priority to other guests, even though I arrived first. Check-in time should be at 2:00 PM but the hotel made it at 3:00 PM. What a rule that is beyond Nurul. The food in the restaurant runs out quickly, it takes a long time to refill, even though there are a lot of guests, they are not responsive. I asked for coco cruch to be refilled twice. Children under 7 years old are still free breakfast. That's all my review. Got the promo price of 12:12, not bad, it became 1.2 million on the weekend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the small size of the room, which allowed outside noise to enter due to the poor soundproofing. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food and delicious flavors.

Its really great experience...Incredible hotel with a tip top service from friendly staffs, good food for their breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean room, fantastic view and vibes. We will come back again for the next trip.

This hotel has super duper service, very good facilities, very complete. Starting from the lobby with a very beautiful view, fresh mountain air, the view is really really beautiful, this Grand Aston is very kid-friendly, there are kids activities, a mini zoo and also a playground, there is also a very spacious playground for children. In short, this hotel is highly recommended 🥰🥰
