Forgot to top up the token so I was hot all day because the AC was off, I didn't know if I had to top it up myself. Because previously the electricity was always filled up.

The room was so bad that I didn't stay overnight, and I didn't get my money back.

The facilities were not as expected, dirty, the TV only used YouTube, no regular channels, the sheets were not changed, there was only 1 towel and it smelled musty, there was no water heater, the curtains were broken and dusty. There are no parking facilities so you pay according to the hour, and what's even more strange is that when you want to check in the room is full and you can only check in at 6pm when you should be able to check in at 2pm.

I've paid and I can't get in, the staff can't help at all, it's really bad, don't want to stay here guys, it's like you've been cheated out of Angus' money.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and the AC is cold. But the bathroom can't be locked. Near snack places

The sheets and sarbans were dirty, the bathroom couldn't be closed, there was no mat either.

Kamar lembab dan bau apek. WC kotor. Saya langsung pindah ke hotel lain. Pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan.

Udah bayar gak bisa masuk kan parah gak rekomendasi deh jangan pesan kamar di sini.

Spreinya bau. Udah sampe gedung yang sesuai gambar ternyata beda gedung.

Hotel hanya untuk 4 jam tidak ada di deskripsi bahwa waktu tinggal hanya 4 jam, saat cs dihubungi tidak ada yang bisa dihubungi hanya yang ada pesan otomatis. Tidak dapat membantu permasalahan costumer.

Kamar bau rokok, sampah berserakan di depan kamar, pelayanan kurang dan lama.

Hotel gak jelas, sprei bekas orang pakai gak dibersihkan, kamar bau apek.

The window makes it uncomfortable.

The room smells musty and dirty, it's best to provide bath soap because there isn't any.

It's not bad but not as good as hotels. There's no drinking water in the Aero 3 and the toilet bidet faucet is dead.

Well, according to the price... basically the AC is cold and the water is good... want to eat or shop close by... apart from that the staff is easy to contact.
