Exceptional hotel with fabulous staff. The whole place is faultless, spotlessly clean, well equipped with contemporary high end rooms. The pool is wonderful and there are plentiful comfy lounge chairs looking over a beautiful view of the Med. The hotel is well positioned in the middle of the Protaras strip and all the conveniences that has to offer. What makes this place special though is the staff from the housekeeping team right up to Lisa the hotel owner who couldn’t do enough for the guests. Special mention also for Sunita (sorry if I spelled that wrong) in the spa team who is an excellent masseuse. Mark, Karen and Elliot will definitely be visiting again.

This hotel is something very special to the senses. The design, location, views, the staff.. EVERYTHING. If you are staying in Protaras, don't doubt it and stay in the Flamingo Paradise.

Excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and would do anything for you. Hotel was clean and had an amazing peaceful feel. I would definitely come again next year.

What a beautiful, charming and exceptional hotel! Fantastic stay for a solo female traveller. Perfect location to access the strip, and situated steps from the amazing beach. The staff were all so friendly with smiles on their faces and approachable. The room was spacious, very clean and modern and felt luxurious with the comfortable bed/linens and touch panel controls for the lights. The pool area was quiet without music, which made for a relaxing time. There was no rush to get sun beds. The food was delicious with generous portions and lots of variety to select from. Buffet breakfast available, and a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Staying with half board gave me an opportunity to try many of their menu offerings and it was all so tasty. The neighbouring hotel was a little loud in the evening from wedding festivities, but I did not find it bothersome. This hotel is a hidden gem amongst the numerous hotels in Protaras and I would definitely stay here again.

We chose Flamingo Beach hotel because it’s on the most beautiful beach, newly furbished, and walking distance to the main road. We were so delighted with the hotel, the amenities and the cleanliness. We usually book 5 star hotels but some of the 5 stars in Cyprus are outdated and we preferred having a new 4 star and are delighted with our choice. The hotel provided beach towels, and the gym amenities are bigger and better equipped than displayed. The only downside was the separate single beds pushed together as we’re traveling as a couple. Huge shoutout to the receptionist Irina. She was so wonderful and made an impression. Hope to see her on our next visit.

The property itself is very good and new with spacious rooms however the reception and customer service has been poor. We booked well in advance asking for a side sea view for our anniversary and despite us asking for a decent one we’ve been given one at the back with very minimal sea view, more of a view of another hotel. We’ve asked to be moved but there was no right option except a twin bed room. Only few channels work on the TV and despite us asking 3 times to have it looked at, no one bothered. Asked to check out just one hour later and we’ve been asked to pay, things that in any other hotel they grant it. Location is good however very close to a strip full of clubs and loud music which you can hear easily all night from the room. Despite reception not being very friendly and accommodating the rest of the staff such as cleaners and bar/waiters have been all very friendly and attentive. Value for money not worth it at all. We won’t be coming back as we haven’t been feel valued at all, probably the opposite.

Very modern hotel right on beach front. Rooms were bright and bed comfy. But there were some issues with this modernity. The bathroom light couldn't be switched on unless from the panel next to the bed. There was only one hook in bathroom for towel or robe, please put in extra. The shower easily flooded the floor. So little storage, spare loo rolls were stored under the sink housing which was in the bedroom. The storage was open rails and three shelves. There was one drawer which held the hairdryer. The bedside tables we just round tables, no drawer. Nowhere to hide the undies or anything else. If you were there for a week or two on holiday I don't know where you would put all your clothes. The hangers were the sort that they didn't want you to steal, I hate having to try and slot in the hanger. For a junior suite there was one chair to sit at the bench and you could also sit on another bench. Is that a suite if two cannot sit comfortably? Nice balcony. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and also good menu options for lunch. Excellent pool area. Music not too loud. You had to go to spa between 10 and 6 to get pool towels. Overall nice staff and facilities but a little style over substance in the bedrooms. Check your bill before paying.

Hotel is nice. Towels were not replaced everyday even though we have asked them to. Not enough clean towels for the pool.
