An exceptionally amazing experience at Courtyard Marriott. They were very accommodating

Hotel location is excelent, staff is very friendly, cleaniness of room needs to be improved. Room size and washrooms are good. Bed matress needs replacement. Breakfast is great, maximum variety of foods, good service,.

A great hotel in a great location. Whenever I come to Baku I usually stay here. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Other strong points are the bar/ restaurant, fitness center, and the 24-hour room service. Definitely, so room service one morning and order the Azerbaijani breakfast with tea. The views are also good looking out onto either Winter Park or the picturesque and historic Kubinka neighborhood, which I hear might unfortunately be demolished. The only negative thing I have to say is that the showers are designed oddly with one side completely open. If you’re not careful you can accidentally flood the bathroom, so ask for extra towels on your first night in case you get water all over the floor. Overall, a great hotel.

The hotel was nice, clean, and the employees friendly and efficient. The room was good, but basic. Online by including breakfast added 50% to the room, but half that amount if you paid locally rather than the online price. The food was good though. Rather than a paper menu for dinner, you have to scan the QR code to see. OK to do, but I don't like it personally.

We had a great stay in Baku. The location was great, close to pretty much everything in Baku. Hotel was super clean and loved the room, very bright, and modern. Hotel staff were really helpful. One thing that was a bit add was that we asked for an extra blanket, initially they refused to provide it but eventually they did. Never understood why as almost any hotel we have stayed there is always extra blanket in the room.

Overpriced

The biggest disappointment was the internet. Connection to WiFi was complicated and the speed of internet was the worst I experienced in last years. Very slow.

Centralized, easy access to all the attractions

Unfortunately, there was no dental kit or facial cleansing kit in the room. The hotel is clean, quiet and centrally located. The price is reasonable. However, when we went down to breakfast, we learned that the amount we paid did not include breakfast. And we expected them to allow us to continue with breakfast as a courtesy.

Great location near to city

Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay. 25 min walk to main sites/shopping areas. Restaurant and bar were excellent, although bar staff were not keen on making cocktails. If you like to use a gym then the hotel as a very high quality facility.

Location is amazing, breakfast was great, staff is friendly and caring

The building is inspiring but the interiors are pedestrian. The staff is unhelpful. The rooms are not cleaned till late in the evening. The lobby is small and cramped. The hotel has no character and surviving on the Marriott name. I doubt if this hostelry ever gets repeat guests.

Would’ve been full marks, but laundry (two shirts and some underwear) cost £50! Even the woman on reception thought it was crazy

It was very big and nice hotel I booked 2 rooms Room service and housekeeping response is very quick over all everything is good specially the front desk staff they allowed me late check out till 5 pm thanks Definitely stay there on my next visit
