Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, comfortable beds, wonderful showers, good quality towels and linens, fantastic staff offering professional and personalized service! We had 3 rooms for ten days and all very happy with our stay.

I enjoy my stay very much. People that work in this hotel is very nice and responsible and do care about visitors

Stuff very welcoming and supportive. Easy check in. Nice breakfast.

The front desk service men and women were very professional.

It was a good stay, the hotel nice in every aspect.

Azin at the front reception is a gem! Gets me the best available room every time. I always choose this hotel when I’m in Istanbul.

This hotel is in a prime Asian location, exceedingly close to PT metro stations making it very convenient for visitors. I am at a loss as to why its been termed as a four star hotel when in fact the facilities offered are at a minimum 4 ☆ worthy, and could easily pass off as a 5 ☆ hotel. Having stayed at many I can vouch for this. The shower blinds however do need replacing as they afford no privacy which will not be suitable for families. If this hotel isn't for adults only then roman blinds would be the better option in lieu of venetien.

Noisy all day, traffic, periodic daily prayers are amongst the lists of why I would never book here again. The rooms are so small, you would have a hard time sitting on a platform bed to eat. Desk with no chair. AC had to be set on high speed to work. Awful experience!

The hotel is new . Standard room is only for 1 person . Special thanks to Mr.Birol ( general manager ) . Everything was clean , the room was cleaned every day , ,but the cleaning of services needs more care . Tea and coffee charged every day but not enough for 2 peaple ...
