The room scent was sort of overwhelming and the tv did not work. The staff did attempt to fix and also said they would call maintenance in but it was late and I declined. The lady was very friendly and did try. All was good. I would stay again.

It was very nice, clean quiet we enjoyed our stay

The property has a rule to not rent to anyone within 100 miles of the hotel. Even you are with someone from out od town. Rude staff!

The room was very clean.

This was the third time that I stayed at this property. Great value, clean, room and bath more upscale than you expect for the price. Décor is a little on the European style I think but very nice.

Wonderful and excellent Interior decoration, inclusive cultures, affordable, good breakfast, friendly & helpful staff.

Horrible, employees were having conversations while ignoring guest. People trying to ask questions or check in and guest were never acknowledged as well as myself. Left and went somewhere else!

Hotel is great staff was great everything was great other than the fact that orbit screwed up my transportation rental multiple times because of the misinformation online about payments and whether or not they could be accepted or not when clearly said online that it was paid for and everything. So lost a whole day of being with family and a whole day at my hotel cuz I didn't even get to check in until the next day practically so I lost today. And ended up having to go through three different rental companies just to settle with one that had nothing to do with Orbitz company at all and stuck with to insurance policies that I didn't even get to use and get charged for it and still not refunded for yet. So all in all Orbitz got me a room and lost me an entire night staying there and delayed my trip and spending time with my family and friends and made me jump through hoops to still not even have even a half decent time.

Everything looks great!

The sheets and towels had stains. Bugs in the bathroom. My family complained but I’ve seen worse. The food at breakfast was ample. Easy location to get to. Plenty of parking. Not far from FSU campus. Staff was helpful. Fondue place across the street.

Clean safe friendly

The hotel was well kept. The rooms were clean, and the vibe is a little funky. The neighborhood is a touch sketchy, but all in all a good stay.

Loved this hotel. It was so quirky and fun. Room was clean and spacious. The decor was great. Employees were friendly and helpful. TV worked and was user friendly. AC was nice and cold. I appreciated the eco friendly refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the shower wall. Breakfast was good, regular hotel breakfast food. I liked the tiny donuts and coffee. There were eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal. Looked like there was more stuff coming out but we went down early because we checked out early. Check out was a breeze, just left the key cards in a bowl. We look forward to staying again!
