I I have stayed in this hotel for 14 months for business. Upon my arrival the new hire front desk person, Jonathan could not find my 3 nights reservation. So he let me to stay 1 night and kicked me out to the street the following day. Jonathan gave me a receipt in the name of someone else and was extremely disrespectful to me. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. SOMEONE CAN HAVE NO PLACE TO STAY BECAUSE JONAtHAN does not know how to find reservations in the computer. I am extremely emotionally affected, by this individual

Good location. Clean room. Good breakfast. Good gym. Only problem was we had to wait for check in as computer system was not ready to check us in.

Clean with modern fixtures and amenities. Friendly staff. Bed is stiff and pillows are flat, but everyone’s preferences are different. The breakfast wasn’t great.

Breakfast items were limited

I have a really bad back, so I always look for reviews that talk about the comfort of the bed. The bed was very comfortable not too soft and not too hard. I know it sounds like Goldilocks but when you wanna have fun, but be able to get a good nights sleep definitely recommend this hotel chain. Also very clean

Overall nice place & nice area. The bed & pillows were comfy. The room well laid out, nicely equipped & very clean. All staff was polite & friendly. Good free breakfast too.

SPECTACULAR property. Convenient to everything yet very quiet. Property is very with and awesome pool. Staff is all gold standard phenomenal. Will definitely be back.

The hotel was excellent in every way. The only recommendation we have is to add danish or muffins to the breakfast buffet.

Checked in late and that caused an issue with keys. We had to be let in room manually and then we were issued keys the next day. Hotel was a nice place and close to brown wood, villages. We were greeted everyday with friendly staff. We would have liked breakfast to run till 10am and suggest adding muffins or something of the like. Parking was easy and felt secure.

Hotel and staff were fantastic! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Upon checkout on Monday I informed the front desk person that we had checked in on Friday and did not receive house keeping serve. He kindly asked if there was anything he could do for me and I said no, he assured me he would review the proper procedures with the staff which was all I wanted.

Property was nice and staff was nice. I was out of the hotel most of the time so didn’t use any of facilities. Would stay there again.

This is such a beautiful hotel! I will definitely be back!
