The Cleaning Team did not bother to clean my room, even if my room was just two days old.

A hotel located close to the Vatican Walls and therefore access to the museums, basilica and St Peter's Square. Well located for local metro and bus services to the centro storico, but walking distance to the Vatican, and further afield if you prefer to stroll between points of interest. Friendly, helpful and hardworking staff in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and there are options to eat dinner too. My room was clean and well serviced, with in room AC than can be managed by the guest. A good selection of local eateries, shops and businesses. The indoor market, Trionfale, located at Via Andrea Doria is also close by. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay! Beautiful property including a terrace. Clean. Wonderful service from the staff. The food is great. Elvira and Giuliana from the restaurant were kind and attentive. Only minutes from the Vatican. Great location. Will be returning.

The Hotel is more of a nice B/B than Hotel. It was an excellent breakfast buffet, but the dining room is not really suitable for dinner. There is no bar or café or lounge area. My room was about 5 meters from the reception area, adjacent to the lift and adjacent to a room with poor sound insulation. All in all, a noisy environment which disturbed my sleeping hours.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent and the room was extremely comfortable.
