Location of this hotel was 10/10. Everything we wanted to see was within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The view from our room was postcard worthy! The staff was very gracious. This hotel provided an exceptional place to stay while we had a 24 hour layover between flights at the nearby airport, which was easily reached via a clean and frequent subway system.

While we would have appreciated an early check in, the hotel is located on the famous Nyhavn but at the far end so as to avoid noise. Walkable to all main attractions. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the pricey side but the location and everything makes it worth the price!

Breakfast was fantastic as was the location, sitting area, and accommodations. It was spotless, had great amenities, and a lovely welcoming staff. I would highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again when visiting Copenhagen.

Great location right on Nyhavn, the iconic spot. Convenient and walking distance to historic sites. Hotel is nice, breakfast included is a plus. Lounge is accessible anytime with free coffee and tea.Staff is very friendly and helpful. This room is very small and minimum equipped.

The staff really makes or breaks any hotel no matter how awesome the other areas area.the staff here is fantastic and would not stay anywhere else if I visited copenghan again.so friendly helpful and was treated more like a friend rather than just another tourist.

We stayed in hotel Bethal for 1 night after we disembarked the cruise in Copenhagen . The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean , comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel is very good and easy to walk around for sightseeing and food. Transport to airport by Metro is also easy and convenient . I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend if they visit Copenhagen.

Heat was on so a bit too warm. No tissues, poor water pressure, very small bathroom and sink. Otherwise, clean, safe, very comfy beds and kind staff.

Location is perfect

We had a corner room with a canal view out all 4 windows. It was beautiful! Comfortable bed and very clean room. The hotel location was perfect for walking to everything and a short walk to the metro. Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here with our toddler. Our room was lovely and had a little terrace right on the scenic Nyhavn canal. My complaints are minor, and my own fault for not carefully checking the amenities, but just so others know; there is no hair conditioner, mini fridge, shoe care, or towel hangers (two small pegs only). It would also have been nice if the hotel offered a suitcase weighing device. As I said, these are minor complaints. The room was quiet, the coffee and tea which was complimentary was nice, and the hotel was spotless. I also really appreciate sustainable practices in not using single use shampoo or soap bottles. All in all we were really happy with our stay here.
