DO NOT STAY HERE. They claimed they didn’t have my reservation, when 1 day before I confirmed with them and then the day of said they didn’t have anything. Thankfully didn’t end up staying here. There are so many other hotels to choose from, stay away from here.

A way to mend in with locals and share stories

Excellent hospitality from the owners and staff. The apartments are modern and clean and the pool is great for a hot day.

Great for the cost. Only had a minor issue with flooded bathroom that was fixed on the following day

Nice, clean, quiet friendly place. Mauolo- the owner- was kind and engaging. The accommodations were not elaborate but very clean The gathering area around the pool, fireplacevetc was very well kept up- and attractive. For a clean attractive low- cost place- this property is the ticket! I recommend it! Bill

Location was excellent. Near bus stop , restaurants etc.

We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and received a small room with no closet, no second bedroom and no kitchen. We therefore incurred extra expense by eating out for every meal. The location was not ideal as it was a 15 minute walk to the centre of town, to restaurants and the bus station. The side streets are very dark at night and hazardous. Keeping in mind that this is a budget hotel, the common areas of the hotel are clean and pleasant. However, since it is listed as a hotel, I would expect daily cleaning service in the room. The bedding was unpleasant and the pillows completely flat. Trying to resolve the problem about not getting the room we booked was not entirely satisfactory. The owner provided a discount however we did not think it adequate to cover the difference between the apartment we booked, the small room we received and the extra expense we incurred as a result. Communication with the owner off-site, was frustrating, time consuming and ended in unnecessary invective on her part. The owner blamed Expedia for the mix-up, saying that the hotel is just told how many people to expect rather than what kind of accommodation they had booked. That has not been my experience with Expedia in the past. I hope that Expedia and the owner can work this out in the future.

I didn’t receive the 2 bedroom apartment I actually booked. Since the booking was for 2, they put us in a double room and no discounts were offered! So I had to actually share a bed with my dad. Not ideal at all but thanks to the lovely lady and her son that manage the place it wasn’t a bigger issue! All very clean, nice kitchen and grill, spacious pool too! A bit out of town but we had tours booked so we got picked up!

great find in Iguazú and value for money. This family run hotel is new and seems as if still working on a few touches but you can tell that thought has been put into it. Very friendly people, both staff and guests, and pool and grill outside was great to have considering how hot it is there. Bed was ok. Note that they only accept cash which we weren’t prepared for but they were understanding and it wasn’t an issue to pay later in the day. As a young couple this was a great alternative to a hostel. Supermarket 5 min walk and about 15 to bus terminal.

Très bon séjour, accueil au top (même arrivé tardivement vers 1h du matin ), bien placé par rapport aux Chutes D'Iguazu. Appartement grand et indépendance aux niveau des équipements.

Tranquilidad y amabilidad del personal. Un poco alejado de la zona de restaurantes
