Close to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops

Perfect location. They have a free shuttle but it’s a 5 min walk from the airport to the hotel. I’ve stayed there several times

Great place to stay, staff great, location great, but I was eaten alive by mosquitos this time, I mean eaten up. Had to pull sheet off bed and make a tent to sleep under, not so comfortable, and hot and stuffy. Any way to resolve this?

Excellent service

The Historic hotel was built in 1825, fortunately it's been updated and is a great place to stay while you are in Santiago del Querétaro . Beds were comfortable and the convienence to walking in el Centro Historico can't be beat. Very Good restaurant too.

Great staff with delicious onsite restaurant. Perfectly located in the downtown area where you can safely walk and enjoy the day or evening.

Great location! Can’t beat the location. Parking is not that far and 24hr hour access available. Restaurant at hotel is great. Only disclaimer is you are at city center so expect to hear the church bells early in morning. I would still stay here again though.

I reserved and paid for two king size rooms, up on arrival only one was available, ended paying again for a King and full size at a much higher rate than originally booked.

Property is in the heart of the centro histórico. Rooms are clean and well kept. No significant noise despite being centrally located. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

What a lovely, clean, simple, quiet hotel. Perfect location. And its accompanying restaurant was great too. We will stay there again.

The hotel is very nice. It is in a great location. The people there are very friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious, with lots of choices. The wait staff is grrat. All are very nice watching after your every need. I will return some day.

Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff is courteous and is placed a good location. But, there is a restaurant on the 1st floor with a lot of is noise since 5am until 11pm. People clattering dishes, spoons, talking loudly. Probably the worse sleep I ever had in a hotel.
