It was a nice clean room and was convenient to everything. Quiet enough. The only incident we had was in the rooftop bar on saturday night 9/13/25. We were given last call and we ordered a round. Immediately after it was served, a worker came and stood by us and was muttering under his breath "midnight" repeatedly. It was obvious he wanted to leave and did not think he could until we finished our drinks. Creepy and uncalled for. Obviously there was a lack of management. The service otherwise was fast and courteous. All of the staff we met were very courteous.

This property was very nice and clean. I also love how many restaurants were around.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday weekend here. The room was nice with incredible views. The hotel staff was both friendly and engaging which added to our pleasant stay. The rooftop lounges, pool, and restaurant were all nice and offered great photo opportunities. Finally, the location is right in the middle of Times Square so we only had to step outside and walk a block or two to our planned events.

A resort fee of 50$ each day was added, I was not told this when I made the reservation. Food is basic. Not so good. Location and Pool were great…

You definitely pay for the name of the proprtperty and location. Rooms are nice but quiet small for the price (I know it's new York but have had much bigger rooms in Time Square). Some of the staff at check-in and check out could be more personable and smile rather than just shutting down requests and feedback. Front door staff very friendly and happy. Great location and not many places with a pool.

I was not sure what to expect at this hotel but it exceeded my expectations. I loved everything about it. It was central, it was clean, it was safe, tons of security, checking was super fast and the elevators are super fast and it’s definitely somewhere I would stay again.

I really liked the property. They can offer more bathroom amenities such as lotion, cleansers, shower cap,…Also, I suggest if they want to really market the theme, to offer property themed flip flops for the guests

Location was excellent! Roof top bar had a great skyline! Room was small but we managed!

Awesome pool and restaurants!! Great location, had an amazing time.

Even in Times Square and a few Parrotheads floating around, this hotel was quiet and restful.

It was so close to everything we were doing. Staff was great, helpful, kind. We liked the restaurant options and bar choices at the hotel.

Excellent Location

Second time staying at this hotel. Absolutely love the vibe, location and staff. The detail in the decor is fabulous. Incredibly quiet to be in Times Square. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the streets are magnificent. Just step out the door and you are centrally located. Just be prepared to get blasted by the smell of weed when you walk outside as the weed store is next door but do not let that deter you from staying at this hotel. You will get hit by weed all over NYC.
